B-12 shot ?

I was just talking about this with my family this weekend. I get my shots (B1 and 12) on the weekends and I didn't want to have it on Sat because of family get together. I wanted to wait til the weekend party's were over. On the day that I get them I am sick. I get really tired and feel crappy the rest of the day. This just recently started though and I have been on them for a long time. I thought it was weird but chalked it up to my awful body.
By off I mean upset pouch, not feeling well nothing sits well with me at all.
Kelly I wonder if it is a filler in the shot as well. I have a doc apt this month so I will ask them then.

I'm thinking of the way some vaccines make some people feel icky for a day or two, which seems to be caused by whatever else is in the vaccines, like the mercury. Hmm... I wonder what else might be in my B12 shots? I never thought about it before. Let me know what your doc says, please.

Is your B12 prescription from the local pharmacy or are you getting on the internet or from a veternary doctor? or weight loss clinics? B12 prescription from the local pharmacy should be straight B12 but the other stuff can have other things in it. I know the internet or weight loss clinics some have HCG in them which can give you terrible side effects. You want to get it from a local pharmacy only.
