Venti iced double skinny vanilla latte, usually 3-4 times a week. Helps with my protein intake since I'm still not hitting the mark consistently at nearly 7 months out.
I do plain latte, usually large. I don't care for all the sugar free stuff you can add, but I was like that before surgery. I count it as a snack when I have one, and try not to do it to much as it get expensive.
What about the frozen drinks? What do you order? I love Starbucks, but haven't ordered anything since surgery because I honestly don't know what to order.
