Starbucks- Good or Bad?

I love Starbucks, I usually have a skinny vanilla latte or a skinny caramel macchiato. For some reason I always feel guilty about having one, I wonder what everyone else thinks- are they ok to have or not? When I do  have one I count them as a snack. What's everyone else's opinion?

Please tell me what you all order at Star Bucks because this makes me feel good and will give me options.

I usually get a latte with decaf and surgar free syrup and fat free milk and you can ask them to add some protein powder, too.  You have to tell them to mix the protein up first in a small amount of milk so it doesn't get clumpy but I just look at it as one of my protein snacks.

That is the only place I do get coffee since I have become lactose intolerant since the surgery, and they have soy milk.  I don't do the skinny version of stuff because you can't do both skinny and soy (something with the premixes), so I only do it about once a week as a treat.

While I was out of work, recuperating after surgery, I had a routine. I would go for a walk in the mall, then stop at Starbucks and get a caffeine free hot tea with a splenda. I brought my book and it was my relax time!! I do the skinny stuff too and it helps with the protein! Indulge yourself!!

From very shortly after surgery I would walk the mile to my local Starbucks and get an iced, tall, decaf, soy, SF vanilla latte.  YUM!  I never got protein powder, though... but, only because I didn't realize it was an option.
