ALRIGHT GANG I'M IN NEED OF SOME HELP! I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GRT BACK ON TRACK. I NEED TO DEBLOAT AND DE-CARB AND LOSE 7 LBS, I CAN'T DO THE 5 DAY POUCH BECAUSE IT MESSES WITH MY BLOOD SUGAR AND I GET SICK. . I FEEL SO TERRIBLE AND I KNOW IT'S MY FAULT BUT I COULD USE SOME SUGGESTIONS. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.
Try eating only protien for 2 days with lots of liquids (water) then progress to protien and vegetable for a day or two then on to protien with vegetables and 1 fruit and finally progressing to protien, vegetables, fruits and smart carbs. Hang in there, we all have these times when we forget and try and go back to our old ways of eating. Remember to day is a brand new day and you can do it!
