BLOATED!!!

Ok, I know thisis my fault and I'm still paying the consequences. This weekend was a very bad eating weekend for me, I ate so bad that my blood sugar dropped 3 times throughout the weekend and I'm not talking over eating just a bite of cake here and something too carby there. but I'm still bloated and puffy and uncomfortable from it! Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get rid of the bloatedness and puffiness?

I've always found that exercise helps a lot.  A long, fast walk will often do a lot for me.  And drink a lot of water.
