Upping calories?
It could help. Try it and see.

Yeah, do it! That low amount of calories is ok for a few months, but I think you and I are about the same time out and I am telling you I lose 4lbs a week when I eat 1200 calories a day. If I only eat 800-900 a day I might not even lose.
Plus you don't want to live the rest of you life eating only 800 calories a day, if you increase your calories your body will burn them and turn on your metabolism.
I would definitely give it a go, if it doesn't work for you go back to the 800 calories per day. What can it hurt for one week? Just make sure you are getting 1100-1200 good calories consumed all through the day, like eat every 2 to 3 hours.

It might work! I'm 19 months out and eat between 950-1100. I'm cautiously trying to get to the 1100-1200 range, but I'm a chicken and scared I'll gain weight, even though I know that would be pretty hard.
I'd also recommend you up your water. 60oz is kind of a bare minimum thing. I try and get in between as close 100oz as I can a day. Just doing that helped tremendously! How much protein are you getting? You might try upping that too.

Make sure those calories are protein (first always), fat or complex carb calories and you would be good to go!
Upping your intake of empty calories is not a good idea in your first year - make each calorie count towards a healthy eating regime for life - you will appreciate that good practice down the road - I promise you!
