I'm a bad girl I guess. I have several Coke Zeros a week and always drink out of a straw. Now at 19months out...I gulp water like crazy, espeically after a workout. Sipping is all I could do at first, but things get better and change with time. :)
I drink the sparkling waters and occasional diet coke. Just trying to remember the everything in moderation rule. I am looking forward to seeing how my six month bloodwork is in relation to everything I've been doing.
