If I can tolerate carbonation....

Is there any reason not to have it? I love flavored calorie sugar free seltzer water. I can drink so much of it in a day and get in all my water. Is there any reason not to drink carbonation if we can handle it?

No, there's not a reason not to have it.  It will NOT stretch your pouch despite the fact that many people think it will.

Small amounts of wine occasionally should be fine too,  Just keep in mind you will probably be affected by alcohol much more than you were in the past.

Why do you recommend not drinking anything carbonated?  I'm not suggesting you should drink it if you prefer not to, but wondering why you recommend others don't drink it.

It's the same as drinking from a straw, we're not supposed to but we can if we can tolerate the gas pain associated with it.

I drink from a straw everyday, and I feel ok, but I fart like crazy, I don't even have control of them!  sad huh!  LOL

No reason to avoid it at all if you can handle it.
Once a week I treat myself to a diet rootbeer while I'm at bingo. I can handle the carbonation so long as I add ice.
Enjoy!
