I got it from Publix. It is raw chicken but it has the sause and cheese inside the chicken breast. It cooks in about 20 minutes. Very good. 19 grams of protien too.

Hello everyone!

Okay, so my name is Carla ( or Car Mar, Carla Marla, Turkey Butt, Dorkmonster...I answer to everything. LOL!)

I had surgery on February 21, 2011

Current food obsssion: Beans, beans, and more beans! Oh, and ricotta cheese with some fruit and vanilla extract. Yummy!

Best NSV? Being able to kayak. It's my new obsession! Well, that and being able to wrap a normal bath towel around me. There is nothing sexier than walking around in a towel!

1. Your first name (if it isn't already apparent)
Laura
2. Surgery date
Revision 7/23/10
3. Current food obsession (or, the food that you currently tolerate the best)
I just got an outdoor George Foreman grill so I have been having fun pretending I am BBQing.  I made some awesome grilled chicken last night.  I cut up a chicken breast and loaded it onto a skewer.  I love anything BBQed.
4. Best NSV (non-scale victory) either so far or that you are looking forward to
Riding my bike 2 hours in one day and not being tired afterwards.  Having my pre op issues (the reason I had the revision) be resolved since the surgery.  Finally feeling like myself again and having energy to do things when for so long I was non functional because of the fatigue.

WLS 10/28/2002 Revision 7/23/2010

High Weight  (2002) 240 Revision Weight (2010) 220 Current Weight 115.

Yeah you!  Coming in third in your age division.  How wonderful!  I'm so proud of you.

I finished my half in July and then went on the most wonderful vacation, and haven't gotten much back into posting.  I'm lurking still, and finally back into my exercise routine, but just don't feel like posting much.

WOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. So far? Having my clothes get too big, having everyone else NOTICE my weight loss, weighing less than my Dad and a few of my best guy friends ...
Looking forward to? reaching my mini-goal, being able to run unwinded, and wear a tank top w/o being ashamed of my (huge)arms (hopefully they'll continue to shrink)!
