Yes I didn't do anything other than pintos and cheese until I got to my goal.  Although I do eat mexican pizza now (minus 1 shell) and am still very slowly loosing.

I posted the tostada recipe.  You can buy the tostada shells at most grocers-
With the fat-free refried beans and low fat cheese, the stats aren't bad at all.
I love Taco Bell but don't care for the lard they put in the beans.  Just
talking about them makes me want one!  I also put enchilada sauce
on my ff beans with some cheese to make a healthier version of
pintos and cheese.  Now that I'm used to the ff beans, I just can't
eat theirs.  But, I do stock up on their mild sauce to put on top of
my homemade tostada......YUM!

I eat the insides of sft tacos (both reg and chic) from taco bell and their pintos-n-cheese. I don't think the stats are that bad and it is so yummy. I don't eat this everyday nor every week, but once in a while it hits the spot.
