Good surgeon/bad surgeon board - any thoughts?

Over the years I have read so many posts of people either loving or hating there surgeons.  Many are great, do there follows as they should - have great reputations, low incidence of complications and have great programs.  Then there are the ones with no bedside manner at all. Will not talk you, do no follow up care (had someone online today that went for follow up and surgeon walked out on her in the middle of asking questions for problems she is having)  There are many that you read with high incidence of complications and then the ones everyone wishes they knew about with the high incidence of mortality (so they could avoid)

Isnt' there away we could get a separate board so we could go and post our information for others to see to try to sway others away from problem surgeons and also to recommend the great ones?
