Tired of being compared!!!
Tell them to stop it. Seriously. Just say that you do not like being compared to someone else and that your doctor is pleased with your weight loss and you would like them to keep any such comments to themselve, please.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
Yeah... but what do you want to bet that learning to stand up for yourself and be assertive (not rude, just assertive) helps you lose the weight you want to lose and keep it off? Because then you won't feel you have to accept food someone offers you if it's not a good choice for you and you won't find yourself wanting to eat to comfort yourself when someone hurts your feelings or makes you angry.

I was really heavy pre-surgery so I had a lot to lose. When other people make the comparison or even ask me about how I've lost so much so fast I always find it really important to point out that how much you have to lose makes a HUGE difference. I know that the 15 lbs I've lost in the last 2 months were far more difficult to lose than the 160 I lost in the first 8 months. You're doing great.. don't worry about her or the things she has to say. Comparing a percentage would be more fair - when she says something you can respond with "yes, it took me X months to lose Y% of my excess weight." That clears things up pretty well.
