Ugh. It's torture. There is a moose filled chocolate tart i the fridge. I split one with my husband the other day and it was AMAZING. And now I can't stop thinking about it. UGH. I know it's bad for me. TORTURE.

I ate about a quarter of it...and my husband had the rest. Do I lack self control?? Ugh.. Possibly. I need to find it.

...or you could throw the tart away or send it with hubby to work.

Although treats in moderation aren't bad, it's a bit early to be succumbing to them. Get rid of the bloody thing!!!

Why have it in the fridge? Why torture yourself??? Lordy, I simply can't have anything like that around! I have to give it away or put salt all over it and put it down my electric pig, as my stepmother calls the garage disposal.

I stupidly split it with my husband and now I feel SO guilty. It wasn't worth it.

Guilt is a completely useless emotion. Live and learn, Kattie. And throw the other tart away!

That's why i keep my  85% chocolate handy. And Iknow I can have it and feel good about that.
And knowing that - it does not bother me at all. I know it is there when I need it and how much I want it.  I can eat it all, and not fell guilty about that. And guess what? knowing that - I only have it once a while.....
