Ok, my people from the South are not representing!!!

(I think this stays on the right line of the TOS)

I've been asking and asking for someone south of Baltimore to get in touch with me if they are interested in having the holiday food event in their state. My only requirement to travel is that there be enough patients able to come to your location to draw a decent crowd.

So far...nothing. Am I to suppose that my southern folk don't want a holiday food tasting???

If that's so I guess I can accept that (sniff, sniff) and move on (somehow). If it is not, however, if you WOULD like a holiday food tasting, if you WOULD be willing to give me some information to research the feasibility, if you WOULD want me to love you forever and ever (ok maybe that's going a bit too far but still...), PM me! I can give you details. I'm willing to go down the southern East Coast here but I HAVE to get a location nailed down within the next week or else it's sort of a no go.

Anyhoo, dodging before someone reports me! PM me!

I'm not from the South, but if I was, this part would concern me: "My only requirement to travel is that there be enough patients able to come to your location to draw a decent crowd."

How can an individual person meet that requirement? If you were asking the same thing from folks in the Jersey area, I'm not sure I'd know how to gage the number of patients in the area or the number of folks willing to attend.

Maybe if you explained that part in a little more detail (which I don't think would be a TOS violation) you'd get some folks from the South interested in helping out.  Just an idea.

Ok typing from my phone so bear with me! I dont need you to know the lay of the bariatric land. I just need to ask questions about things like where you are located, who your surgeon is and where they are. From that I can start to research on my own to see what kind of attendance I can hope to have. So if you are wrong to be polled let me know! Thanks.

And I hope I didnt offend with the post title.

Hi, I'm new to this site but thought a tasting sounded great. I'm hoping to have surgery soon. I'm in Mobile, Al and my Dr is Daniel Lane.

I am in Pensacola Fl, about an hour from Mobile so maybe there could be a multi-city tasting? There are 2 very popular bariatric surgeons here in Pensacola - Dr. Lord and my surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Friedman.

I think that sounds like a great idea...I'd go for sure. I don't know anyone down here yet so it would be a great tool for meeting some new friends too! I know singing river in pascagoula has a bariatic center too, so it could draw from there too??
