I got a new surgery date AND my employer approved my time off

I can go back to being happy again. I just skipped asking the advocate and went straight to the surgeon to ask for a new date. The surgeon herself put me on the schedule.

Thank you to all who saw me through this emotional past few weeks. You may think that people are not reading your comments/responses, but they do.

Hurray for you! Not only did you stand up for yourself, you made the change happen!

I got my first date on the 5th of June--and it was my graduation day from college! It took
me two more tries to get a date that wasn't either in Finals Week or Graduation day!
