Yeah? Well I don't. At least not by itself. That's why I ALWAYS tinker with it. Today on Bariatric Foodie, I give some "one ingredient fixes" for strawberry protein powder to go along with the ones I've provided for chocolate and vanilla protein.

Enjoy!

Great suggestions, Nik.

But don't forget:  a couple of teaspoons of instant coffee crystals.  That stuff even makes turnips taste good!

I even love strawberry protein without being doctored up but I love it in my protein smoothies with some strawberries, raspberries, a little banana and some raspberry sugar free syrup (all I have).  One of these days I am going to buy some strawberry syrup.

I use my strawberry protein powder with yogurt and ... blueberries and and strawberries,   Adding only a bit of stevia. It is also wicked to make a cake (almost like angel cake) with strawberry protein powder and real strawberries... so good.

ouch... I do not follow recipe anymore... but I will try.
Get 2 eggs,
1/4 cup oil (I use coconut oil - warm)
1/4 cup almond milk
stevia liquid (2 tbs?)  or you can use DaVinci syrup (SF)
dash of vanilla flavor (or almond)

then take 1 cup (8 oz) protein powder ) mix well with 2 tsp backing powder.

Mix the liquid - then add the poder - mix well.  It start working - the backing powder start making bubbles.. lol.. you can see that..
I use small forms  (or muffins)  fill them up 1/2 .

Drop cut up fruts (I use strawberry or peach).
Bake in preheated 400-425 F oveen for ??? 10-15 min- check to make sure it is dry.
Take it out - eat it

if you bake it too long - it gets dry.    Taste the batter - it needs to be supper sweet before baking - or the cake is not sweet enough.
Got the idea from making peach cobbler for my BF.   you do not need to drop fruits - it can be nuts - or nothing.. Just an "easy" cake... lol...
