Get 2 eggs,
1/4 cup oil (I use coconut oil - warm)
1/4 cup almond milk
stevia liquid (2 tbs?) or you can use DaVinci syrup (SF)
dash of vanilla flavor (or almond)
then take 1 cup (8 oz) protein powder ) mix well with 2 tsp backing powder.
Mix the liquid - then add the poder - mix well. It start working - the backing powder start making bubbles.. lol.. you can see that..
I use small forms (or muffins) fill them up 1/2 .
