What's for dinner - Tuesday!
I'm not Nik and I know she has a different way to do it but I fill the blender up wtih ice and add one scoop of Click and one scoop of either vanilla or chocolate protein powder(any kind I have handy), splash of milk and blend it up. It increases the protein count and cuts the strong coffee flavor. It's also makes them cheaper.
