Nik,   How do you make your CLICK frapp? I bought a container and it's such a strong coffee flavor---don't want to waste it but need to do something to lighten the espresso flavor!

I'm not Nik and I know she has a different way to do it but I fill the blender up wtih ice and add one scoop of Click and one scoop of either  vanilla or chocolate protein powder(any kind I have handy), splash of milk and blend it up. It increases the protein count and cuts the strong coffee flavor.  It's also makes them cheaper.

L: Vanilla protein shake made with 8oz of skim milk and a TBS of butterscotch SF pudding mix

D: 1/2 cup of ground beef with a little spaghetti sauce and mozzarella

Lunch -
Laughing Cow light cheese wedge
3 Triscuit thins
1 slice turkey deli meat

Dinner -
Pork Bracciole
2 bites of gorgonzola chop salad
2 slices of apple

Dinner was AMAZING! I had the Curry Goat at the Jamaican Cafe in Martinsburg WV. I didnt even know if I would like it and since I asked about the sugar in the sauses the chef changed the sause alittle andI had no problems with it!
