Heading out for my turn

Well, I'll be leaving shortly to head to the hospital for my turn.  I had no trouble with the liquid diet, I have been hard at it in the gym for the last 2-3 months and I have lost 53lbs since February. I have done my part to be as healthy as I can be on that table, now it is up to my very good surgeon and his team and to God.

  Hopefully I'll have a way to check in soon.... otherwise see you in a few days!

Good Luck LJ,  you will be in my prayers today.  I am also headed our to the hospital for my procedure.  In a few hours we will be on the road to recovery and whole new chapter in our lives!  Can't wait to meet you on the losers bench!!
