Low fat Yogurt and aspartame
I have difficulty with aspartame (insomnia, rapid heart rate, palpitations), and am wondering if there was any low fat yogurt out there without aspartame. I have looked in the grocery stores and found only Dannon plain yogurt without aspartame. Still has 11 grams of sugar per serving. I'm not a big plain yogurt fan, but would I buy the plain and add fruit, etc. to it? Does anyone else have this problem with aspartame? I'm okay with truvia, stevia, etc.... I have to watch the labels for anything SF just in case it has the aspartame additive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just problems with horrid bloating and gas.
My suggestion would be to pick up some plain greek yogurt, some Truvia, Splenda or Stevia, and a small bottle of French Vanilla flavoring.
I also enjoy greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and Stevia.
The greek yogurt has more protein anyways and when it is plain doesn't have the artificial sweeteners.

I agree w/ the previous poster. I eat tons of fat free Greek yogurt w/ Truvia, lemon extract, blueberries and a high fiber cereal. You can find sugar free syrups in the coffee section bu****ch out for aspertame. Not sure what is used to sweeten them but my guess is the artificial stuff. If you can't find a SF syrup just use Truvia and a bottle of your favorite flavor extract from the baking aisle. I have also used orange and blueberry as well as vanilla mixed w/ orange.
