Weight loss has slowed SO much.
You are doing GREAT! When my weight slowed, I made sure I was getting my exercise. For me that meant walking. We mapped a 2.5 mile route in our neighborhood, and I walked it every day, without fail. We also have a 3 mile track in the city, and my husband would would it twice, 6 miles. That always did the trick. The closer you get to goal, the slower the loss...but it does not have to stop.
