Sugar Free Fudge
If you're able to eat just a little bit and it won't trigger you to eat more and more and more, then go for it. It may contain lots of sugar alcohols, so if you are sensitive to those I'd only eat a little.

Try a SMALL piece...Sugar alcohols (the stuff they use in "Sugar Free" sweets) CAN cause dumping like symptoms (Sweats, nausea) but worse, they can cause rampant diarrhea, cramps and misery and anal leakage..>Even in NORMAL folks. So try a wee bit....Wait 12 hours and if all is well, try some more.
As others have said, portion control m'dear. 2 "dice" size pieces are fine....1/2 lb of sugar free fudge is NOT fine.
