New strawberry Celebrate ENS protein/vitamin/calcium- thumbs up

The Celebrate people were kind enough to send me a sample pack of the three ENS flavors since the new Strawberry flavor is not available in the 7-pack kit (just in the giant tub) and I am pretty picky about strawberry flavors, so I tried it for breakfast today.

I accidentally added a little extra milk (I forgot it was a half-size packet until I was pouring the milk!), so the flavor was a bit diluted, but it was quite good.  Not a fake or too-sweet flavor (like the strawberry Unjury, which is the only flavor of Unjury that I hate, or like several of the strawberry samples I tried from Vitalady).

Of the three flavors, I like the strawberry the best (and the cake batter vanilla one the least).  The tubs are pretty pricey, but they have vitamins and one dose of calcium included (I still take one of my two normal multivitamins if I drink one of these), so they are very convenient.  (Of course, you can always add the Upcal D calcium powder to ANY protein shake, which is what I do for one of my daily doses...)

I haven't tried the strawberry but strawberry isn't my favorite flavor for shakes anyway.  I thought the vanilla cake batter was OK but I didn't love it.  I thought the chocolate was good for a chocolate shake, but I don't love chocolate shakes either.  I love chocolate candy but I was never a big fan of chocolate milk or milkshakes.

I really like the idea of getting my protein, vitamins and calcium in one shake.  I really wish they had made those when I first had surgery because all those chewable vitamins were just awful to me.  They are pricey to me but it would have been worth it to me then to get all that stuff in one shake.

Do they have a variety pack of the ENS available? I would like to try them. The orange ENS (does not include protein) was included in my regular vitamin sample pack and i thought it was very good. It tasted like a mis between regular oranje juice and tang. I don't like Tang-like drinks but i thought this one tasted more like OJ and I liked it.

Not really.  The closest thing is the 7-packet packages of the vanilla and chocolate (separately, not combined).  You can e-mail them and ask for a sample, though (3 half-serving packets, one of each flavor).
