I can really see the weight loss now!
KT, you know i have been whining about not losing as much. I had lost 13 prior to surgery and 60 since surgery. But today I was able to PUT ON, not SQUEEZ INTO an XL uniform. I was wearing 3x/4x prior to surgery. I was so psyched. I was like I am gonna wear this uniform all weekend. LOL. You are doing great. 100lbs is awesome. I can only imagine.
KAtie I am right there with ya. It is hard to see it in ourselves. But I think just like how we have to know look at food different we have to start looking at ourselves differently. I am just now seeing it in myself.
And I agree post some pics so we can see!
