I was so excited to sit in my father in laws amazing massage chair last night. It is really strong and I can feel a really good massage. I had it work my upper back for a long time and it felt good but today my back feels so bruised and in pain. Is that normal? Is the chair just not very good or did my muscles get a good workout???

So funny you mention that.  I went for a pedicure a couple of weeks ago and they have the massage chairs while your feet get worked on.  The next day I *swear* I felt a bruise on my back where one of the massage points was!

Thise charis are too much for me now that I have lost weight.  I thknk they are made with a general weight range in mind....if you are lower than that, the massage may be too rough.

It would have been exactly what I needed with 100 extra lbs of padding....

I can't use them anymore. They don't even feel good during use for me anymore. I can feel them rolling over my spine, and my shoulder blades. Small price to pay for size 8 jeans though right?! lol

Massage chairs kill me! The last one bruised my shoulder blades so bad it was hard to sit back.

I even had to ass a massage therapist last week at a spa to lighten up!
