I spend too much money on going out to eat.
BTW, all but 2 clients cancelled on me today. WTF? Well, in lieu of anything constructive to do I spent 30min on my treadmill.

I really don't have the money to go out often. I usually go out once a week with my boyfriend. What I try to do is when I do cook I make enough for several meals and freeze them so I don't have to cook so often. I got a new crock pot and last week I made chicken hindquarters, which didn't come out so good for some reason so my dogs were happy and then I made pot roast and same thing, I didn't care for it. My dogs are really benefiting from this crock pot. I am going to try to find some other things I can make.
I also made some of Eggface's egg bites to keep in the freezer. I find that if I have good, healthy food available that I don't have to cook if I don't feel like it, I am less tempted to go out to eat.

I agree that having a menu for the week makes it so much easier to deal with. I don't get day specific I say ok this week we are having and then see what sounds good on what day.
Are you going out to eat with people? or by yourself? if it is with others to meet up or hang out. Try and get them to meet you somewhere without food like the park or musuem.
