So we've all heard, this right?  Well, let me tell you... even when you're half asleep and all snuggled up under the covers and really, really don't feel like getting up and making a trip to the bathroom... it still applies.

LOL! I had never heard that phrase before I read it in someone's OH signature line, and when I first read it I had no idea what it meant. But now that I've had occassion to come to understand it personally , I think of it and laugh every time the situation arises.

I won't say it's the best advice I've gotten from the OH messageboard, but it HAS come in handy!

That would be Don's signature, and we preach it on the men's forum.

Apparently.

Now, I guess I should explain that I was having some trouble with constipation so this morning I used a suppository to get things moving.  So I spent kind of a lot of time in the bathroom today.  But by the time I lay down for a little nap this evening, I thought everything was done.  It was not a big mess, just a very small one.  But yeah, even at almost three years out.

This TOTALLY happened to me in the hospital.  I blame it on the suppository!

I've read it many times but have never had the experience. I actually am on the other end, constipation usually, although pre-op I was also not one to poop frequently. I hear so many with gas, also haven't had much problem there either.

Guess I'm just tolerant of almost all foods.
