What's for dinner - Wednesday
I am having a bad bad day!
Breakfast- Same ole Sandwich- 14 grams of protein, so I stick to it
Coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
Snack- Trail Mix
Lunch- Half of a mini burger (was way to greasy and I feel like crap) and a few curly fries
Dinner- My mom is making Canelloni stuffed with ground turkey and cheese and Chayote Squash al Ajillo (Cooked Chayote Squash w Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Olive Oil, Bay Leave, Pepper Corns and salt to taste)
I need to work on more protein snacks- I am terrible at this.
