What is your fav food post that that you didn't necessarily like before?
At the base of it I'm a "straight off the spoon" kinda gal but I can also say I have an affinity for PB in oatmeal (with Splenda and cinnamon and just a tiny pinch of salt. Mmmmmm...not necessarily the greatest idea but very yummy) and (prepare to go "ewwww!") I like to nuke a tablespoon of it until it is liquidy and then add cottage cheese and Splenda and then some Fiber One on top.
But plain off my finger is the way I think God intended it all to go down ;)

No stranger that PB/cheese crackers in my estimation.
At any rate, that's what I like. It's one of those things I don't put out there a whole, whole lot though. Aside from what I publish on the blog, my food tastes can be strange. I keep those to myself.

Apples. I liked them but never really sought them out pre-op. Now it's apples, apples, apples. Maybe because they are sweet and crunchy.
Also shrimp. They were ok, but again nothing I was overly crazy about pre-op. Now I have them all the time. But they are a nice dense protein so I guess that one is ok.

I have a few that I hated pre-op and loved post-op, but the love afraid was short lived. First there were eggs, which I HATED pre-op, but really enjoyed my first month post-op. Unfortunately, eating them everyday, has reintroduced me to my hatred of eggs. Same thing with cottage cheese. I hated it pre-op, and for a while there, I loved it so much that I thought cottage cheese was my cross addiction because I was dreaming of the stuff. Sadly, after two months of eating it everyday, I cannot stand it any more. I might not hate it, but I certainly can't eat it either.
