I just can't force myself to eat much this week.
Don't worry about it for a couple days. A couple days with not a lot of calories and even not a whole lot of protein won't hurt you. Just make sure you're getting your fluids in.
If you keep on not wanting to eat, at least do a couple protein shakes a day so you're getting your protein in.

Beware the "I need to eat more" fallacy.
Yes, you probably need to eat more. BUT, the human body is designed to deal with periods of lean times and hearty times. In short, as a human you are built to deal effectively with not eating much for periods of time.
So all that is to say don't stress over that. Get in as much fluids and protein as you can and focus on your recovery. The dangerous thing about the "I need to eat more" fallacy is that when you are able to eat more, many times folks justify making out and out bad choices or eating way too many calories for the sake of their "starving" bodies.
Just remember that, to a certain extent, starvation is what you are going for. The human body understands how to deal with it when it needs to. You are not going to die. Just do the best you can and breathe!
Remember that you went thru plenty of "lean times" in the past months, so don't sweat it too much right now. When you're feeling better, normalcy will come back. Just keep hydrated and see if you can tolerate some protein shakes....
