"Goal" weight
i've had several goals along the journey. I am 4'11", have a large frame and am 62. I remember being 128 once and couldn't stay there but could for a little while stay at 135. I set my first goal at 140 thinking I would have 5 lbs of extra skin. Blew past that one. Then my Drs goal for me was 130, blew past that one. My next goal was to get to a normal BMI, 124. Past that one. So now I am just staying with the program, seeing where I end up. If I stopped now at 120, that would be ok. If I lose a little more, that is fine too. I'd like 5-10 lbs of bounce back weight if needed and still be under 124.

That would put you at a normal BMI, so is probably fine. Just be aware that, in the end, your body will have the final say about where you end up.
I didn't look at your stats, but just as general info... statistically, people who have been very overweight for a very long time as less likely to end up as a "normal" BMI. That does NOT mean it is impossible, by any means... just less likely than for someone who was not extremely heavy or was not heavy for many many years. I tend to worry about people having realistic expectations and goal weights (and not expecting to lose 100% of their excess weight) because I have had clients who had unrealistic goals and then, despite doing an amazing job of losing weight (with or without surgery), end up feeling like a "failure" just because they did not reach that arbitrary number!

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I think you will have to see. I WOULD reccommend setting your goal a little on the high side, our bones are really heavy and it would suck to never reach your goal weight yet look really good. It could set you up for frustratiion and giving up.
I set my goal at #150 (my doc said #160) at that my BMI was 25.7 and still in the overweight category.
At 150# I wore a size 4-6, was complete skin and bones. (my 44 H's were 38 A/B rolled up skin.)
I do have big bones- note chest still 38 after weight loss.
I don't know your bone structure but I'd shoot for 130- 140 anything after that can be bonus!
Good luck

In my avitar I was 160#
