How long did your first stall last?
My first stall lasted a month. But I don't consider not losing for five days to be a stall. I did not weigh every day after surgery so I may have had a five day "stall" early out, I don't know.

My first stall lasted three weeks. From week three through week five. Not a single pound lost during that time. I didn't give it a second thought though, because all the vets had stated multiple times that early stalls are very common, so I didn't question it, or worry about it. Week six, the weight started to fall off.
yup...surgery on 7/19 and stalled. Been about 4 days now. Up and down 2-3lbs ....but never falling below stalled weight. I read its part of the journey so not worrying...decided to put the scale away for the time being and just do a weigh in once a week. I was being a little ridiculous weighing in everyday but the weight was just melting off at the beginning and I loved checking it daily. But time to get real and stop doing that. I mean really....if I lost weight EVERY day I'd be a skinny mini in 4 months and thats not rational thinking..never mind unhealthy...lol. So I get on with life and stick to the program knowing I'm on the right road, its gonna just take a while...
I am in my first stall...five weeks and only 2 lbs lost, I am frustrated, but after reading everyones comments I now know it is normal. I am five months out and have lost 58 lbs, so not to shabby. I know I need to step up my activities, I am sure that is part of the problem. I do believe I've lost inches though because my clothes are not fitting the same so I guess that is a good thing.
Don't give up! I sure don't plan on it.
Have a great day
