What are you eating today?? (Sunday)

 I wonder when I became the "what are you eating today" posting girl!

Breakfast - Garlic chicken salad from amish market on pop rice cake
Snack - Beef jerky
Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken
Dinner - Going over to my in laws. Who knows what they are cooking
Snack - Protein shake
Height - 5'8  - SW - 292/ CW - 177.6 /GW - 150 - BMI - 27.1 - 114.4 lbs lost!

I was on the road all morning, so I had:

Breakfast: 1/2 a Luna Bar, Coffee with cream (not at the same time!).
Snack: Apple Slices
Lunch: Cosi Tandori Chicken Sandwich minus the dressing.

For my snack and dinner I'll have:

Snack: Cabot 75% reduced fat cheese
Dinner: Some kind of Lean Cuisine meal

Breakfast - protein bar, same as always.  But for some reason my blood sugar dropped a lot and I feel like crap.

Snack - yogurt

Lunch - I don't know.  I was thinking of a grilled cheese sandwich.  Which I know is pretty easy but I might want something even easier than that because I have a horrific headache and feel horribly dizzy every time I stand up.

Snack - I dunno.  More yogurt?

Dinner - leftover beans from a couple days ago

Snack- protein shake?

Breakfast- chai protein drink (same as every day)
Snack- LF string cheese
Lunch- home-made tostada with FF beans
Dinner- lunchmeat and veggies stuffed in a ww pita half
Snack- yogurt

B:  Isopure Dutch Chocolate in 10 oz 1% milk, banana, multi vitamin & B12

S:  Coffee w/chocolate & nf dry milk

D:  Grilled KFC thigh, handful of cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, biscuit w/apple butter.

Dinner:  Probably Grilled chicken strips w/steamed vegetables

S:  Popcorn

This was not my day for healthy eating.. but here goes.

Breakfast - 2 bites of chicken
Snack - nothing
Lunch - Hardboiled egg with 2 crackers
Snack - 1 baby pretzel
Dinner - 3 bites of cheeseburger (no bun) and a baby pickle

I just don't feel like eating today.. I've been REALLY nauseous and not felt like putting any food into my stomach.

B- oatmeal with 1 tsp peanut butter
Snack- protein shake
L- 2 ounces deli shaved turkey, low fat cheese and 1/2 carb smart tortilla
D- Tyson chicken pack- chicken, lf mayo, crackers
Snack- almonds

Eek- no fruits or veggies today. Oops!
Starting Weight: 378
Weight on day of surgery: 365
Current Weight: 195

I had a lousy eating day also.

Breakfast. Half a spoon of Peanut Butter.

No snacks

No lunch

Dinner was 4 ozs. of meatloaf

I usually do much better than this. I'll get back on track tommorow.
