What are you eating today?? (Sunday)
Breakfast - protein bar, same as always. But for some reason my blood sugar dropped a lot and I feel like crap.
Snack - yogurt
Lunch - I don't know. I was thinking of a grilled cheese sandwich. Which I know is pretty easy but I might want something even easier than that because I have a horrific headache and feel horribly dizzy every time I stand up.
Snack - I dunno. More yogurt?
Dinner - leftover beans from a couple days ago
Snack- protein shake?

Lunch - Hardboiled egg with 2 crackers
Snack - 1 baby pretzel
Dinner - 3 bites of cheeseburger (no bun) and a baby pickle
I just don't feel like eating today.. I've been REALLY nauseous and not felt like putting any food into my stomach.
