vitamin D poll

I take 5000 D3 daily (from Vitalady) in addition to my 2 multis a day.

Last 25 OH Vitamin D was 191.8 (range is 23.0-113.0).  My endocrinologist wants me to stay on the same dose of Vit D3 daily.

Mine two weeks ago was 17.5 and the dr put me on 50,000 D3 once a week for four weeks. 

I posted on the board and poet kelly suggested I take 50,000 once a day until my levels came up.  I ordered from vitlady and just recieved them a couple of days ago. 

So the answer to your question is I now take  D3  50,000 once a day.

I am now taking Dry Vit D3 5,000 once a day in addition to my calcium and multi. I have not had labs done yet but was Vit D deficient before surgery and also took Vit D2 50,000 every other week before surgery. I have since discontinued the Vit D2.

50,000 D3 3x/week.  Last time I had it checked it was around 70.  Will be having new set of labs at the end of the month...

I take a sublingual D3, 1000IU, 2 a day.  And I can't find my latest labs.  I have misplaced them before I got them into my spreadsheet.  :-(  I hope they didn't get tossed by mistake.
