I want Duck

Anyone have experience with eating Duck post surgery? I used to get these duck rolls at this thai restaeraunt with real lean pieces of duck wrapped in think pancakes and a really good sauce. I loved them. I know duck is really fatty so I wouldn't even know where to buy duck or what to do with it..

not yet, but I am hoping soon!! Now, the dietitian said no, because it is fatty. but, my BF is a duck hunter, so we get wild duck. Trust me, there is NO FAT on it at all!! the meat is similar in texture to dark meat chicken, but tender like fillet Mignon!! I can't wait!!
