L- 1/4 cup sloppy joe mea****ad bit of cheese
D- flounder, quinoa, and veggies

BF-banana protein shake
L-2 pieces of deli ham & half a cheese stick
D-Shrimp scampi (modified, kinda)with whole wheat pasta. The pasta is NOT sitting well.
