What's for dinner - Tuesday!!!
Some people mix it with dry milk - (I do not - too many sugars for me).

I'm actually on my own tonight since my wife is making grilled shrimp and scallops for her and the kids, so I'll just be going the prepared food route. Hormel Beef Roast Au Jus. It's tender, delicious, and very protein heavy. I don't usually eat prepared foods for dinner, but I keep the Beef Roast on hand for whenever my pouch can't tolerate what my family is eating (chicken), or I just plain old hate the food they are having. Tonight it's the latter.
I love the hormel meat dishes.
I buy bunch of them and freeze them. The I just put one in a microwave and in 6 min - it is ready.
The pork roast is also great. as well as the intalina beef roast....

Breakfast - 1/8C planters southbeach diet mix (macademia nuts, cashews, almonds)
Lunch - went to subway and got a 6" turkey with cheese and avacado on flatbread. Ate everything but the flatbread.

It looks pretty post op friendly. Even includes greek yogurt. I'll have mine with a few pita chips though.
