Ok guys...need motivation QUICK!!!

I leave work in 20 minutes.  I have my gym clothes.  I know it's only 5 minutes from work.  WHY DO I NOT WANT TO GO???  I need a swift kick in the a** !!  So QUICK...Motivate me!!!

Your workout will take you, what, 30 minutes to an hour?  Think about the benefits you will get from that little amount of time.  Better sleep tonight.  Better metabolism.  A sense of accomplishment (especially after you didn't want to do it...won't that feel GOOD!).

That's what would motivate me :-)

GRRRR.... I am so with you Tonya!! I have an elyptical in my spare bedroom and still can NOT bring my self to exercise! I hate it! I have ZERO motivation!!! I do not know what to do!! I am soooo frustrated with myself!

I recommend getting an iPod or MP3 player or at least a hype up or mood rolling CD........Yah know something that makes you wanna move.......

I also suggest new workout shoes or clothing. That excites me to workout......lol
