My lower back hurts SO bad

Ugh it's excruciating. I don't know why it hurts so bad. Sometimes I get backaches during my period but my period ended last week. Ugh this pain is unbearable. Any suggestions?

It hurts so bad I feel like I am going to pass out. The pain is coming from my lower left side.

Any chance you could have a kidney infection? Have you been dehydrated or had a urinary tract infection? If its that bad its worth a call to the surgeon's office.

My back had been bad since surgery but this sounds like it could be more than just a bad back. You probably need to be seen to rule out something else going on. My gall bladder cause horrible back aches which I didn't recognise as gall bladder at all.

My chiropractor has worked on my back pretty regularly since my surgery and it is better now but he said my spine was shifting due the the changes in my shape/weight. Made sense to me.
