For breakfast, I had a protein bar.
For lunch, I had a salad (no morning snack because I slept late).
Afternoon snack I think will be yogurt.
For dinner, I think my partner is making BLTs.
My evening snack will probably be more yogurt. I have just been loving yogurt lately.

Snack - Orville Reddenbacher's Kettle Corn
D - Spaghetti made with turkey burger and turkey sausage with green beans
Exercise will be 58 mins of aerobics dong Leslie Sansone's Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles. That's somewhere around a 1,000 calorie burn for me! :)

hello to all....
well breakfast was left over steak-three slices and three button muchrooms left over also
lunch was an 8th of a cup of mac and cheese and a sugar free candy
dinner I am not sure as I am attending a family picnic with boyfriend and not sure waht they are having?
I'm three and a half months since surgery....and loving life!
