Transfer addiction - corn
ooohhh yummmm ,,i do love corn,,,have ya ever seen the cartoon where the old farmer sticks the whole ear of corn in his mouth and just pulls out the empty cobb,,, that was me i swear,LOL,,,i have been so afraid to try eating it as of yet,,and i know i won't be eating it as whole heartedly as i used to but eventually i will work up the nerve at least try it,,i am only 6 weeks out, but i am so glad to hear it is something we can still eat eventually..thanks
Corn is not bad. Get protein first & measure your portion of corn (say 2 ounces). Quit when your portion is gone. Maybe eat it with baby utensils so your bite is smaller and chew, chew, chew.
Moderation is the key. Fresh corn is full of nutrition. It is higher on the GI index than other veggies and does convert to sugar quickly - so be cautious. The first bite always tastes best so maybe have other fresh veggies with your corn - but eat the protein first.
I don't think it is a "transfer" addiction since corn is food so it is still food addiction.
