S - More of the same from boston market
D - Pork Tenderloin
S - Protein shake

 Just got back from picking my daughter up in Vermont and driving home ( 4 hours ) so I was eating in the car!
B: hot and sweet beef jerky YUM
S: fruit and 2 peanut butter crackers
L: more hot and sweet jerky

D: not sure what I'll make either meatloaf or chicken/broccoli Alfredo

 do you have a good meatload recipe? my husband told me that he wanted some today.

 I do a pretty basic meatloaf

hamburger
onions
mushrooms
cheese
egg
breadcrumbs
k-up

I had some quiche earlier.
Been feigning for some creamed corn so making that shortly
also have a SF splenda sweet potato pie with FF whippage AND some SF cookies
So that will be what Ill have the rest of the day.

Went to the grocery store so may do some liver and onions... :D 
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

B-Choc Cheesecake protein shake made with Almond milk
L-Greek Yogurt with 2 tbs of Peanut butter (out of PB2) and a TBS of SF cheesecake pudding
S-Choc protein shake made with Almond milk
D- I have no clue.

Going grocery shopping tomorrow so I can start eating more real food. I have been cleared but have been hesitant, b/c I feel comfortable with the full liquids.
