L-Greek Yogurt with 2 tbs of Peanut butter (out of PB2) and a TBS of SF cheesecake pudding
S-Choc protein shake made with Almond milk
D- I have no clue.
Going grocery shopping tomorrow so I can start eating more real food. I have been cleared but have been hesitant, b/c I feel comfortable with the full liquids.
