What do you get at Costco?

 What is your costco shopping list? Any good healthy tasty things to look out for?

Eggs, milk, quinoa, spinach, cheese (they have such a great selection) and meat. I'm a tad bias when it comes to shopping at Costco though because my husband works there! hehe

I would always leave Costco with an empty wallet. So I don't shop there anymore.  DAVE

I like th Premier brand protein drinks and shakes.
I get cheese sticks and instant starbucks coffee everytime I go.
My son still gets the hotdog and I will sometimes take a bite. I can't believe I use to hoover one of those things down.

 Pure Protein bars, Almond butter, Liquid Calcium (Wellesse), Unflavoured whey protein powder when they have it, dried apricots, blueberries and cherries.... plus, I go when they are serving up lots of tasty treats and that's my breakfast and sometimes lunch depending on how long I stay.

They also have plastic jars full of Ann's House soy energy blend (mixed soynuts and dried fruit).

I go about once every 3 months, and like Dave, empty my wallet.  I like their underwear and certain household items.

 Oh, I forgot - liberte greek yogurt (nearly a 50% savings regular stores), and cheese products - mostly laughing cow and/or string cheese.  Turkey pepperettes.

Costco sells some of the top rated vitamins....the Costco brand, I also buy bags of fish filets....plain fish, no breading and bottled water.

Greek yogurt
frozen fish, shrimp - salmon, tuna, etc - some of them are individually frozen pieces and vacuum packed.
frozen chicken breast
then there are the canned fish, canned chicken or turkey breast
organic chicken stock
meats
cheeses
nuts (the raw verity) almonds, walnuts, etc. 
almond butter (natural, organic)
vitamins, melds - i.e. best price for Omeprozole - generic Prolisec
some specially crackers
 lets not forget : baked chicken.
quinoa,
coffee, instant normal and decaff coffee (to mix with shakes for coffee flavor)
and there are fruits, frozen fruits, and general other items. 
chicken sausage, cold cuts...

and so many items..
I also buy my canned cat food there.
