 today is a bad day for me. I have such a horid migraine I cant even think about getting food in. I did eat some shrimp for breakfast but that is all I have had today. I am even way behind on my fluids.

B - blueberry acai yogurt
S - nuts
L - ham and cheese omelet
D - eh... not sure. I came here looking for ideas! I'm in a chicken breast rut!

 saute some onions and bell pepper in about a tsp of olive oil in a cast iron skillet.  
Remove veggies and put your chicken boobs in the skillet and brown on both sides
Add italian seasoning (got mine from my garden neener neener ) and garlic to your taste. Cover and cook on medium low for 20 mins.  Add a jar of pasta sauce (Hunts garlic and herb is what I used) and the veggies.  Simmer until chicken is falling appart and the sauce is slightly darker.  Stir occasionally to loosen the tasty bits on the bottom of the pan.    

When it's done, if you feel like it, throw it in the oven with some cheese over it.  (I didn't do this because I was out of mozzerella and parm. cheese)  Serve over high protein noodles.

NOt a very good day as I didn't measure as I should have... but none the less, it was a tasty day :)

B- protien bar (never again omg thought I would die... )
L - 1/2 c garlic and herb tuna 20 Special K cracker crisps (what ever those crispy wanna be tater chips are)
S- Specil K cracker chips, a few sunflower seeds
D - Home made chicken cacciatori made with b/s thighs, peppers and onions from my garden and a can of cheap sauce from the cupboard  over vegetable pasta (total amount, right around 1 cup)

midmorning : spaghetti squash and 1/2 meatball w parm cheese in sauce
L Baja Fresh grilled mahi mahi taco, minus the corn tortilla, handful of tortilla chips and some queso
S some more chips and queso
D---maybe just another protein shake???

 B- Nectar pink grapefruit drink, Cocopop, 2oz chicken breast (but moistened with broth)
L- 3oz chicken breast, cooked in garlic, half&half and parmasean
S- iced decaf starbucks coffee w/ sugar free vanilla and nonfat milk, Just The Cheese pizza flavored cheese snack
D - Just for One broccoli & cheese, light cheese stick, sugar free jello

**** no puking today on stuck chicken! Go me! *******
