- Is there anything you can DO this week that you could not do last week (doesn’t have to be exercise related. Anything from seeing your toes when looking downward and standing up, to crossing your legs to shopping in a “regular" clothing store. Yesterday, we took the kids to 6 Flags. Even with the heat from the blacktop, I didn't break a sweat!

- Is there anything you can DO this week that you could not do last week (doesn’t have to be exercise related. Anything from seeing your toes when looking downward and standing up, to crossing your legs to shopping in a “regular" clothing store. I've been taking Vitalady Vit D 50,000 units a day for two weeks. This past week I've noticed a significant decrease in my joint pain, and for the first time in years, I was able to raise my left arm all the way up over my head!
