I wish I had taken my measurements before surgery.  But, I'm still early out, so this challenge will be good for me.  I will participate, and do the measurements this weekend.

  1. Is there anything you can DO this week that you could not do last week (doesn’t have to be exercise related. Anything from seeing your toes when looking downward and standing up, to crossing your legs to shopping in a “regular" clothing store. Yesterday, we took the kids to 6 Flags.  Even with the heat from the blacktop, I didn't break a sweat!

Not much on me has changed from last week.  Still didn't take my measurements.

BUT I do have a response to #6.

6.  Fit into a pair 16 jeans today.  I bought them back in March.  My thighs don't look like sausages in casings in my new jeans.  I couldn't fit in these jeans last week.  Yeah!

  1. Is there anything you can DO this week that you could not do last week (doesn’t have to be exercise related. Anything from seeing your toes when looking downward and standing up, to crossing your legs to shopping in a “regular" clothing store.   I've been taking Vitalady Vit D 50,000 units a day for two weeks.  This past week I've noticed a significant decrease in my joint pain, and for the first time in years, I was able to raise my left arm all the way up over my head!
