Random Poll o' the Week: A Radical New Experiment (week 2)
Ok, so I suck. Because I still have not taken my measurements. But I will tonight as I really do want to participate fully in this little venture. If you haven't either, I encourage you to do so. I put a fair deal of thought into this poll and it really does work best if you have all or most of the information below for a set period of time. Not trying to dictate...just a suggestion!
For the record, I’ve also not done any exercise to speak of this week. I’m going to Body Pump tomorrow so I hope that gets me back on the good train.
So…if you will recall…last week I posted the first in a series of weekly polls about non-scale related data that can show you that you are shrinking (or maintaining for some of us). If you’d like to see what you said last week, you can click here:

So since this is the 2nd week, many of your answers may be the same. Don’t be discouraged by that. Hell, at 3.5 years out, if my clothing size remains static I am thankful. At least it is not going up! Anyhoo, folks can join in as well. I’ve a new question at the end for your consideration.
1. How much did you weigh at your last weigh-in?
2. What is the size of the clothing you are wearing RIGHT THIS SECOND?
3. What are your measurements in:
a. Your hips
b. Your waist
c. Your bust
4. If you have a scale that measures body fat, what is your percentage of body fat?
5. What is your shoe size?
- Is there anything you can DO this week that you could not do last week (doesn’t have to be exercise related. Anything from seeing your toes when looking downward and standing up, to crossing your legs to shopping in a “regular" clothing store.

It seems like I may be somewhat over the divorce diet and food is going in easier although I'm feeling some bloat not sure exactly why but I'm thinking milk is causing it.

I can say that I no longer weigh in the 200's!
Question for you...how can I change the color of my answers or make them BOLD so they stand out?
Which post editor do you use? I use HTML Editor #1 which gives me those options. I know there's also a text editor but I can't remember what you can do on it.

I think I posted this week or last week about being able to balance for long periods of time on one leg. I love that!!! It means the work I’ve done (prior to this week) on my abs is starting to work!
