When I take my vitamins they always hurt my stomach! Not like a full pain but a pain like they get stuck in my stoma and won't/can't move. For this reason I DISLIKE taking my vitamins. I tried taking them at night but I get woken up with the pain! Help me please! Maybe I can crush them?

What are you taking?  I've had problems with various vitamins feeling stuck at times and have changed what I was taking.  Calcium and iron have both bothered me at times, especially iron.

I am taking Women's One a Day. I like taking them because they don't make me feel sick.

Taking larger pills post op is an issue for many.  Yes you can crush your vits, but the taste is probably bad. There are chewable vitamins and liquid vitamins available too.  I found the larger calcium citrate pills difficult to swallow. However, I do the same dosage of calcium citrate in a capsule, and it's far easier to swallow with the smooth shape of the capsule vs the ridges on larger pills.  Vitamins in a capsule form my offer some relieve too.  I tried cutting larger pills, and they posed an even bigger issue to swallow due to the sharper cut edge. Yeah, you can crush them.  You also have the option of using chewables or liquids.
