 Hun if you were gonna get a cut anyway. Screw what he thinks it is you hair on your body. Do what you want! I am calling to see if I can get in to get mine done soon and I love this cut but I am so much more a wash and wear girl....

I wish I had wash and wear hair but I don't.  It's curly if I do that and can be frizzy.  I flat iron my hair every single day!!!

That style is pretty I would go for it.

I love this style and I looked at your picture and I think you would look awesome in this hair do!
It does look like it is a lot of work, but since you are used to flat ironing, it shouldn't be a big deal. I recently cut ALL my hair off.(You can see the picture in my profile.) My DH knew I was getting a h/c but had NO idea how extreme. I walked into his work and he turned white..lol He was like where is my wife?  I said meet your new sexy gf!! hahaha. I think it made me look thinner too! All the guys at my work were so funny about it, ( there are 100 men and 4 women at my job) It was like a wildfire rumor, they were sending a guy up to my office if he hadn't seen me yet.. all day long I had a revolving door.. they all loved it... so I say YES YES YES go for it.
I was going to wait to get something "drastic" done, you know until I was at goal, but you know what?? This new h/c of mine helped boost my self esteem and who doesn't need/want that??

I agree.  I'm feeling so much better about myself.  Time for something different.  Maybe it will make me look even thinner! LOL

That's actually a cut that is very flattering on any shaped face or frame.  Its going to be beautiful. Be sure to take pics and post
