What's for dinner - Hump Day!!!

For me, church dinner. Not sure what's on the menu. It's always good and carby though.

Here's what I had the rest of the day:

1. Protein apples/cinnamon oatmeal (about 32g of protein or so)
2. A cup of chili and a small salad with the best damn sesame ginger dressing I have EVER tasted

Not sure how many calories that has me at but I'm guessing maybe 7-800. I am a night eater. :)

I'll likely have something later on this evening. Not sure what. Maybe a piece of cold steak. On my Girl Scout's honor (do I get to do that if I'm only a Girl Scout mom?), that steak is so tender you can easily bite into it cold. YUMMY!

So far today, 3.5 oz of crab meat, a half cup of mac n cheese, for dinner jerk chicken in the microwave, rice (probably won't eat but a spoon) and spinach with butter and garlic.  Yummy.

 Right now I'm eating a salad. Later I'll have a protein shake and some nuts.

I proudly cooked some homemade chili with kidney beans.  I've been doing so good this week.

I am having... get this... ONE piece of frozen pizza that I butched up with turkey pepperoni and extra cheese (and fresh copped garlic).  Made it for the hubs... and didn't feel up to cooking anything else for myself.  Luckily, one piece of pizza will be MORE than enough... any bread-y product sends me over the edge quickly.  I guess I'm thankful for that... I love the crust on pizza and bread of all sorts more than anything, and it's probably the one thing that consistently makes me feel like I want to die if I eat more than just a couple bites of it!   :)

Today was my company's annual "crab feast", where they set up a whole bunch of tables outside and we all go crazy on Maryland blue crabs. There was also beer and hushpuppies and all this other good stuff but I managed to eat 2 crabs full of lean protein and not a single carb. No butter or nuthin, so good!

Other than that breakfast was nonfat Greek yogurt with blueberries, and lunch was a cheesestick. Had another Greek yogurt in the afternoon and and isopure drink so protein was all met. (tried to eat a piece of whole grain bread with sliced turkey- big mistake! That sucker came right back up. Hence the cheesestick for lunch ) but hey, my pouch was nice to me for the crab feast, I was worried.

Right now I am drinking a big Protein shake...like 45g of protein in this sucker. I had a Quest bar this afternoon when I woke up...so between the 2 I'm good on protein for the moment. I'm thinking protein banana souffle later...or a hard boiled egg or something. I want to do the 1 hr whitening trays on my teeth tonight, so that will curb some of my night time eating.

Mmm, I had a nummy cheeseburger taco!  Check out the pic on my blog!!!  (Will post in a few mins-the pic is beautiful!).

As for the rest of the day:

Breakfast: Pineapple-Choc-Coconut Protein Shake (NUM)
Lunch: Queso chicken-just like Nik's, only a tad diff. (will post that one in a day or two)
Snack-1/2 cup mac n cheese
Supper: Cheeseburger Taco
Snack: 6 triscuits and 2 lite Swiss laughing cow wedge

Big ol' workout on the elliptical (2.5 miles!  GO ME!)
