To add to the list, quinoa and lentils would give you some protein.
You will find quinoa does well as a substiture for pasta or rice in many dishes. I like it with cut up vegetables and a salad dressing. It went over well at a family gathering. You can also eat it as a substitute for cereal.

Cheesecake, white chocolate, butterscotch, pistachio, vanilla & chocolate flavored sugar-free, fat-free instant puddings with unflavored protein powder added.  If you cannot use cow's milk, they may not all "gel up" with almond or soy, but still make a yummy high protein treat.  Come on, now admit it, I had you at cheesecake, didn't I, lol.

Looks like the others mentioned most of my ideas.  I also have more unflavored protein than I expected because I did not have to be on the liquid diet as long as I thought so I was looking up recipes for using protein powders.  (Other than shakes)

You can make pancakes, bananna breads, muffins, etc that you add the protein powder to.  You have to be careful on some of the sites though as they are more geared towards body builders and though most of the ingredients are healthy, they just have more sugar than we can have.  But there are some that are also low sugar or you use Splenda, etc.

Some sites I go to are WLS surgery blog pages and they have recipes.
