I did it!! I just spit it out!!

  Very proud of you!  I know some are watching me now,  What I eat, if I workout, etc.  

But I don't know if they realize that I am watching what they are eating.  In the beginning I would look at folks that I knew were not eating as much as I could have pre-op and I would think, "Wow!  Look at that...I ate all of that +??"  I still get a little grossed out sometimes watching what non-ops eat. 

That's been my little coping trick when I start fixating too much on if others are watching/talking.   You may be watching me but I am watching you!    lol

Good for you!! I have been wondering how I am going to handle this with friends and family. You are very brave! Motivates me to be honest with others who will ask.

Oh I haven't been.  I kinda got ambushed on here one day about not being honest about my surgery but it really made me think.  Was I more ashamed or more afraid of being judged?  Either way I didn't want to tell anyone.  It's out now though!

LOL  You go girl!!!!!  I was thinking about you last night when someone asked me how I was doing it and I  thought that ***** doesn't deserve to know.  ( I don't like the girl that asked can you tell)  But at that moment I totally got it, I don't HAVE to tell everyone.   But for the most part I will tell any one that askes.  LOL

That's funny!  Yeah, we don't have to share our great knowledge with people we don't like. LOL  Let them figure it out for themselves!

LOL I was planning on until after to tell alot of people but someone blabbed so my secret is out. Now I have to tell people I appreciate their concern but I would like them to back off and let me do something for myself for once.

BUT WAY TO GO!!!!! Hell let em talk, people talk anyhow so we all know that it is going to happen. Now you have the choice if you will let it bother you and keep you from moving forward or if you are gunna say to hell with em and do what you have to do.....

Awesome, Tonya... way to go!  Now you don't have to watch every single thing you say or wonder when someone's going to guess...

I bet it's a HUGE relief!
